This panel was a practice one for working on underlighting -- that is, colouring dark or black parts of a manga image. Because of that, I didn't spend the extra time on highlighting or shading things like the hair.

I totally SHOULD be packing for AnimeNorth (leaving tomorrow!) but I had sudden urge to make pretty a nice manga panel, and since it's supposed to be gorgeous, warm and sunny this weekend... she seemed appropriate.

I have no idea what the correct colour scheme for this character is, I just picked something bright and cheerful.
